I was on cloud nine photographing a couple as gorgeous as Sarah & Joe, in a place as exquisite as the Japanese gardens. (My camera LOVES Sarah - she is so beautiful!) We had rain for a little bit, just enough to make the flowers and leaves shimmer and shine, then it kindly went on it's way. Sarah and the girls were such good sports about tromping through the grass and everywhere in there high heels to follow my whims, I mean my visions!

Bridget & Michael

2 factors contributed to how ECSTATIC I was photographing Bridget & Michael:
1. The beautiful rain made the day even more romantic and dreamy then it already was. It made the landscape shimmer and glow like a Monet backdrop... It created a vintage Hollywood ambience that made me swoon, which brings us to...

2. Bridget and Michael are both gorgeous and wonderful people. Bridget's dress was sooooo exquisite, her hair and jewelry were perfect with it, her whole look reminded me of the timeless beauty & elegance of Old Hollywood. Michael reminded me of the handsome, dapper leading men of the past. Everything together, the setting (Lockport Country Club - so elegant and beautiful everywhere I looked!), 2 amazing people willing to follow my "visions", made for a very happy day of photographing!

The first time I met Jen I knew I would have a wonderful time working with her on her wedding day - and I did - I felt like I was the one smiling all day!
