My Blossom of a girl

This particular Spring has been taking my breath away at every turn with it's beauty. I'm not sure why, I like to think I may becoming softer and more open to what really matters as time passes... Whatever the reason I shall savor the buds, the flowers, the flight of the seeds, and try not to rush from point A to B with blinders on. Speaking of buds and blossoms and beautiful, breathtaking things; here is my baby... (She would correct me on that: here is my "big girl"!)

A beautiful spring Meadow

This day felt like a blessing as warm and shiny as the sun was. Meadow was in that beautiful, soft newborn wakefulness, looking in her Mama's eyes and falling in love every bit as much as Kelly... Willow and Aria played and enjoyed each other in the free, loving way they have since they were little boo boo girls... Sigh... Thank you Good Mother for the gift and renewal of that special day!

A Little Spring Bride

Photographing a young girl making her first communion is such a touching experience. They are so sweet and proud in their beautiful dresses and veils... I've been photographing Rachel and her siblings since they were toddlers and preschoolers and find myself getting "mushy" over how fast they grow and these special milestones I have been privileged to capture on film for them.

Meadow & Willow

I often long for the grace to do pregnancy and Motherhood as beautifully as Kelly does...

Everett

Spending time with the incredibly handsome, sweet and adorable Everett made me want another baby immediately... like right now, not months or years from now. He is THAT cute!

Joey & Jolie

This is Joey and his very loving and beautiful big sister Jolie. I love how much she loves him. I love how his eyes light up when he sees her. It was so much fun photographing them and capturing their special relationship. These images will be perfect for their Mom to show them when they are 15 and 11 and not exactly feeling the love 24/7!

A blast of color for a winter day

After I began photographing my last session I found images of Aria & Willow left on my card from last Fall! It was a treat to imagine the warm sun and the Autumn colors on this really white, really cold Winter day! What a special time they had together playing in the leaves. I don't think anything beats jumping in big piles of leaves or jumping in waves at the beach!
